Consultation shall include on site meeting with Client, and, if needed, Designer, Architect and Contractor to discuss project. Client will be provided with Evaluation, Quotation, Job Site Requirements and General Design. Initial Consultation fees paid will be applied as a credit to final quotation. Terms

1. With Client's approval of the quotation and contract, a 10% retainer shall be due. Upon receipt of retainer a complete set of design renderings with exact electrical, plumbing and HVAC requirements shall be provided.
2. A 40% deposit in addition to the original 10% is due to begin construction of the aquarium project.
3. 25% is due upon delivery of the aquarium to job site.
4. The balance of 25% is due when the system is filled with seawater and live rock.
5. All complete installations start at a base price of $100 per gallon for a complete turnkey living reef system with livestock and one month of aquarium service for initial breakin period. This price does not include cabinetry.

To calculate approximate aquarium volume in gallons, please use the following formula: Multiply the length (in inches) by the width (in inches) by the height (in inches) then divide the product by 231 to yield the result in US gallons.
